Willa Brigham is a dynamic, multi-talented storyteller, inspirational speaker, writer, and performing artist, based in Cary, North Carolina. She has earned recognition as a two-time Emmy Award-winning host of the television show Smart Start Kids on WRAL-TV. Through her engaging presentations and creative storytelling, Willa not only entertains but also empowers audiences to embrace their creativity, believe in themselves, and pursue personal growth.

Willa is an avid writer of short stories, poetry, and songs. She has produced six CDs (Willa Will, Something Good, Stinky Johnson and Other Tales, Happy Healthy Habits, What You See and Midnight Quilter), Willa also authored, The Pizza Tree – a colorful and imaginative children’s book about sharing.

Beyond her literary and performing arts endeavors, Willa is a multi-dimensional Fiber Artist, creating original note cards, portraits, thread art wall designs and fidget quilts.

With academic credentials that include a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Education from Alabama State University and Indiana University, she skillfully merges education, creativity, and performance to create a holistic, inspirational experience for her audiences.

Willa’s work reflects a profound commitment to uplifting and engaging communities through the spoken word and innovative art forms.
